What sizes of shipping containers do you build with?

We build with 10-foot, 20-foot and 40-foot containers, including high-cube units that add about one foot of interior height. Multiple containers can be combined side-by-side or stacked to create larger homes and buildings.

Are your container buildings factory-built?

Yes. Every project is designed, modified and finished in our own facility in Butler, Missouri, so framing, insulation, electrical, plumbing and interior finishes are completed under one roof before delivery.

Do you offer ready-to-ship container homes?

Yes. Our ready-to-ship inventory includes completed homes and commercial units that can be scheduled for delivery without waiting for a full custom build cycle.

Can you build ADA restroom containers and offices for commercial projects?

Yes. We build turnkey container restrooms, including ADA-accessible layouts, as well as container offices, workforce housing, dorm housing and multi-family modules for developers, businesses and public agencies.

Can international buyers work with Custom Container Living?

We handle a variety of raw materials, including different series of Aluminum alloy, Stainless Steel, Iron, Brass, and Plastic. For surface treatments, we offer anodizing, powder coating, polishing, zinc/nickel/chrome plating, hot dip galvanizing, and sandblasting.

Q: What kind of services can your company provide?

Our company provides OEM sheet metal fabrication, CNC milling & turning, and die casting services, alongside comprehensive design and mold development support.

Q: What should we do if we do not have design drawings?

Please send your physical samples to us along with preliminary drafts specifying dimensions (Thickness, Length, Height, Width). CAD or 3D files will be generated by our engineers accordingly.

Q: Is it possible to track production progress without visiting the facility?

Yes. We offer a detailed production schedule and provide weekly update reports accompanied by photos or videos to showcase each manufacturing phase.

Q: What is your sample policy and after-sales service?

We accommodate trial orders. Initial sample or mold costs can be refunded upon placing qualifying mass production orders. For after-sales support, if any quality issues arise, please provide photos and test reports for rapid evaluation and resolution.
